REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Introduction

At Trimurti Doors, our products may be customized according to the customer’s requirements, measurements, design preferences and installation requirements. Therefore, orders may enter production specifically for the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the product has been finalized and moved into production. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible as the product may have already been customized or manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements.

No Cancellation After Production

Once the customized door has entered production or manufacturing has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be provided for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, design changes requested after approval, or other customer-initiated changes.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product delivered is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially different from the product/design agreed upon, please contact our team as soon as possible with photographs and order details.

Our team will review the concern and, where applicable, provide an appropriate resolution.

Customised Products

Since many of our doors are customized according to individual requirements, customized products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced, subject to applicable consumer rights.
